Thank you for signing up to volunteer at our 19th Annual NC Hot Sauce Contest & Festival! 

We’ll be in touch soon with your volunteer duties and details about orientation, where you’ll learn all about your assignment. As a special thank-you, you’ll receive a free Hot Sauce Staff T-Shirt and be entered to win our 2025 Festival Gift Basket!

Responsibilities:  

• GREEN TEAM: RECYCLE AND TRASH - Responsibilities will include collecting trash and recycling and taking it to the back of ACE Hardware. Gloves will be provided.  
• STREET AMBASSADOR: Will help by answering questions on the street during the event. Maps and signs will be available for help.  
• HOSPITALITY ATTENDANT: Keeping the tables wiped down and cleared during the event.  
• SET-UP/UNLOAD ASSISTANT: Help vendors unload vehicles prior to the event. 
• BREAKDOWN ASSISTANT: Help with the breakdown at the conclusion of the event.
